I Wage A War
03:23

Daylight has become a forgotten memory. No, I can't remember the sun. Something lurks in this place, its nails claw at my face. No, I will not back down or run.
And I will not obey the voices in the dark. I'll see another day. They can't tear me apart. I was not born just to die.
Little by little, I see less of the night sky. Yes, one day the sun will return. The thing in the darkness is completely helpless. Yes, the daylight will make it burn.
And I will not obey the voices in the dark. I'll see another day. They can't tear me apart.
Now I wage a war against the nightfall. I fight for my life. Daylight destroys the night.
Now I'll never obey those voices in the dark. I'll see many more days. They can't tear me apart. I was not born just to die.

Less Than Nothing

I only see her when I dream. I want to sleep forever. I sometimes wonder what her life's like. Will I ever forget her? The years have been long, I've learned a lot, but my youth has escaped me. Do I ever drift into her thoughts? I doubt she thinks about me.
I don't know how to explain these sorrowful thoughts of mine. I only know I'm in pain, while everyone else seems fine.
Alive through the day, dead by nightfall, and torn apart by my memories. I am surrounded by my regrets, with no chance of victory. Things would be better if I had hope but I feel so unfulfilled. I have to face facts, it's all my fault. I was not meant for this world.
I don't know how to explain these sorrowful thoughts of mine. I only know I'm in pain, while everyone else seems fine.
I disappear into (the void). My mind is erased, then (destroyed). I've no memory of (anything). I have become less than nothing.
I don't know how to explain these sorrowful thoughts of mine. I only know I'm in pain, while everyone else seems fine.

Michael

Orphaned young by the hand of the empire, Michael was enslaved for his labour. Driven by his desire to conquer those who murdered his mother and father.
After Michael established an army, his troop of soldiers were thrilled and blood thirsty. Marching through wastelands and dry pastures, they sought to overthrow their cruel masters.
Michael knew that to win, they must fight from within the empire that enslaved him.
He and his men stormed the compound of their masters and began to execute them.
Burning with uncontrollable resentment and rage, Michael and his men were primed and prepared for this day. Burning with uncontrollable resentment and rage, Michael and his men knew they would no longer be slaves.
As the empire fell, it was clear they had nothing to fear. Michael fought with honour and avenged his mother and father.
From the fire, a new world grew. Michael was made the leader of the new empire.

The Blissful Unknown

Falling from such magnificent heights. Now I'm careful when I pick my fights. Lately, things haven't worked out so well. Each day is my own personal hell.
There was a time when I felt content. Now I'm forced to acknowledge my torment. I still hold on to those joyful days but, with each passing year, they fade away.
Forward into the blissful unknown. Hopeful that I can do this alone. I don't have any fight left in me. Maybe they will show me some mercy.
There was a time when I felt content. Now I'm forced to acknowledge my torment. I still hold on to those joyful days but, with each passing year, they fade away.
If I could do it all again, I would spend less time hating them. My decisions have ruined me. Perhaps one day I will find peace
Save your tears, I know I don't deserve them. Save your fears, I won't be here to cause you any more heartache.
Forward into the blissful unknown. I know that I can do this alone. I don't have any life left in me. Maybe you'll find a way to forgive me.
